Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24-72 hours. Orders placed on a Friday will not be processed until Monday, as our warehouse is closed on Saturday + Sunday.  You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Policy

We ship domestically and with standard and priority options available via USPS. Shipping options are calculated at checkout. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $100!

Order Tracking

You can track your order through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Stay updated from the moment your order leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at your door.  If you have trouble finding the email, be sure to check your promotional and spam folders.

Cancellations and Modifications

Need to make changes? You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placement. Contact us for assistance at four11.co@outlook.com or by filling out a contact form.

Returns and Exchanges

Not in love with your purchase? Items can be  exchanged within 30 days if they are in new condition.  See our full Return Policy here.
