Refund policy

We are so confident in our product and know you will love it, but know that sometimes things just don't work out!
Four Eleven will accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of fulfillment. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed or will be subject to denial. Please ensure the contents of your return matches the return packing slip generated for your package. Do not include additional items not listed.

We offer free returns for STORE CREDIT ONLYStore credit never expires and is issued instantly once your return is accepted.
Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.

Items listed below are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges:

•All Accessories (Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Belts & Handbags)

Damages and issues

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is damaged in transit or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the shipping carrier.

If your item or items get delivered and have defects, please email hello@four11.com a photo of the defect along with your order number within 3 days of delivery. We will work quickly to give a refund for the merchandise in form of store credit, replacement or back to original payment form upon request.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Belts & Handbags, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it. A refund will be issued in the form of a digital gift card which will be sent to your email address on file. If you have trouble finding the email, be sure to check your spam and promotions folder. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
